The importance of skin care
- Skin Care is important for men than for women . Protect your skin from sun damage and keep it clean and well hydrated will help you stay young and healthy longer .
- Use sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your face when you are out . It's also a good idea to wear sunglasses to protect the delicate skin around the eyes and prevent fine lines and wrinkles that are caused by strabismus.
- Wash twice a day face. Men's skin tends to be more fat than women because they have larger pores. If your skin is prone to breakouts , use an antibacterial soap or cleanser . Apply a non-greasy moisturizing cream lightly pure aloe vera gel or vitamin E oil , once your face is clean .
- Shaving is very hard on your skin and can leave itchy , dry and flaky. To reduce irritation and dryness , use shaving products that are free of alcohol.
- Exfoliate at least once a week for deep cleansing of the face, tighten pores , remove dead skin cells and rejuvenate the appearance of your skin. You can buy a scrub or make one yourself . Sugar and brown sesame oil combined to make a paste works well as an exfoliant. Simply massage and then wash .
Getting the most out of your hair
Make the right cut , style and color can do much for your image . Go to a good stylist and ask them to recommend what would be the most flattering for you given its functions, the natural texture of your hair, and in some cases , the amount left .
- Once you have a great style, your hair cut every four weeks.
- Between the two, keep your hair clean, bright and free shampoos and conditioners with good quality movies.
- If you have bushy eyebrows or nose or ear excessive hair growth , get your stylist cut regularly or show you how to do it yourself.
Achieving the ideal masculine look takes a little more effort than just a shower , shave , deodorant and brushing batting . But in the end , it's worth the effort. You'll feel better in your skin , younger and more dynamic and maybe even you turn some heads in the process.
