How Anyone Can Beat Stress In Minutes

There are a thousand and one things that could cause a person to stand perhaps a work situation , children , or the financial situation, but there is one thing a person can do to reduce stress and begin to feel more relaxed, and is a simple thing called meditation.

Meditation is often overlooked because the view from the outside , it seems that nothing happens, but from the point of view of the person practicing meditation, have a happy experience. Not only that, but those who practice meditation are generally healthier , happier and more effective , there must be some kind of magic to it!

Meditation is very simple to do and this is how you do it.

First, make sure you have a place for you somewhere that will not be affected . This could be your bedroom , office, or even in a grassy park. You want to set the alarm, as long as you want to meditate , you can be as little as 3 minutes or half an hour , it's yours . Generally suggested practice meditation every day for 1 minute for the age you are , if you're 33 years old, practiced meditation for 33 minutes a day, but even practice for a few minutes at your leisure, you can greatly improve your day.

The next step is to allow you to " do nothing" . It is a challenge for some, because most people are on the street, are goal oriented and have things they want to do. These are the people who need more meditation. When you allow yourself to "do nothing " and meditate you allow your thoughts and emotions to catch up and be processed. It is in these moments of "doing nothing " that your mind becomes clearer , you can get solutions to problems , or you can discover the best ways to be more efficient. Moments of clarity are the usual effect of meditation .

Once you have prepared for the sitting meditation , sit straight with a chair or sit comfortably on the floor and close your eyes . Breathe deeply into your stomach 10 times, using your abdominal muscles to push the air to breathe , and then using the abdominal muscles to breathe , like a bomb. Make sure that you breathe into your abdomen and not just the chest, place your hands on your belly if you need to focus on deep breathing.

After 10 breaths , just be aware of yourself , how you feel your body, your thoughts , your emotions , and be aware of your surroundings .
